really good stay!
attentive staff beautiful decor relaxing lounge
the staff were attentive! the riad is beautifully decorated and maintained. i particularly appreciated the little spots to relax, like the rooftop terrace and the first-floor lounge.
the alleyways leading to the riad can be a little tricky to navigate at first.

missing locks unsecured safe
the staff were friendly the riad was in a good location near the medina and jemaa el fna
the room had issues i could not ignore it lacked proper locks i felt uneasy leaving my belongings unsecured though there was a safe the safe wasn't fixed to anything it could be easily carried out there were no keys for the room either i found that quite unsettling. also the shower gel and shampoo were not to my liking

friendly staff helpful manager
the staff were very friendly and helpful. abdul picked me up and walked me to the riad upon arrival. he and the manager helped arrange excursions and gave me tips for places to visit, also suggested how much i should pay for things. i am grateful.
the doormen were not always present, causing a wait of over 30 minutes one night.
